PROLIFERTAIVE DIABETIC RETINOPATHY WITH RED FLAG.

A female patient of 63 years presented with Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy with Vitreous Haemorrhage with Traction Retinal Detachment in left eye. Her right eye had burnt out retinopathy. Her vision in left eye was conting fingers close to face. She was taken up for surgery after antiVEGF injection. Vitreous haemorrhage was cleared. En bloc induction of PVD done. After clearing Vit Haem, if there is presence of Pre Retinal Haem (RED FLAG), it means the presence of Vitreous.
