Intrascleral fixation of IOL in eyes with FEVR

Secondary IOL implantation was planned for an eye of FEVR with temporal retinal fold. The locations of placing the cannulas and the haptics of IOL have to be avoided at the area of the temporal retinal fold. PVD was created but not beyond the equator. The peripheral retinal fold was retracted by the fibrous tissue and the fibrous tissue was dissected with the beveled-tip vitreous cutter.
