This is a case of a 67 years old male patient presenting with a BCVA of 20/20 in OD and Fingers Count in OS due to a RRD with PVR GRADE C-2 in this eye. PPV was performed in OS. Brilliant Blue dyeing under air was used for better identification of the retinal membranes, which were very atached to the retina. Laser photocoagulation under PFC was performed on the superior retinal tear. Silicon oil was used as tamponade. After 5 months, BCVA of the left improved to 20/100.
