This is a video of how i managed a iatrogenic macular bita with de cutter . This is a 32-year-old female with a traumatic retinal detachment with a macular hole. During the removal of intravitreal triamcinolone, an iatrogenic tear was created in the macula. We decided to implant a plasma membrane rich in growth factors to close the macular hole.
