Double Trouble

A 40 year old one eyed male patient witha history of wooden stick injury with corneal opacity and retinal detachemnt with proliferative retinopathy(PVR). He underwent a temporary keratoprosthesis and pars plana vitrectomy with membrane peeling and perfluorocarbon liquid -silicone oil exchange and endorser followed by optical penetrating keratoplasty. He gained an ambulatory vision. This video showcases to give a chance to bad surgical cases with poor prognosis also
