Maze of Membranes

This video demonstrates the management of an advanced case of proliferative diabetic retinopathy in a middle aged male patient. He had tractional retinal detachment with sub-retinal bleed , vitreous hemorrhage and a macular hole. Membrane dissection was done using delamination and segmentation with cutter. BBG assisted ILM peeling was performed in detached retina. Sub-retinal fluid/hemorrhage was drained followed by silicone oil injection. Patient recovered to a best corrected vision of 6/12p.
