Yamane technique performed to prevent new recurrences of IOL decentration with “hashtag” technique previously performed.

This is a case of a patient that was referenced to us due to the 5th time IOL decentration after performing "hashtag" secondary IOL implantation technique. This way, to prevent decentration recurrence we approached this case using the patient's same IOL to perform a yamane technique.
