Severe Ocular Trauma
Kirk Packo Video Gallery. A Monocular patient had a severa blunt ocular trauma and BCVA of barely LP. He was referred for possible evisceration. The ultrasound had demonstrated retinal detachment, 360 degrees hemorrhagic choroidal detachment, vitreous and subretinal bleeding and signs of extensive scleral laceration. The eye was submitted to 4 surgical procedures by several complex surgical procedures including secondary IOL fixatiion using Gore-tex sutures and the final outcome was BCVA =20/30
