Recurrent retinal detachment and Subretinal Silicone oil
This is the case of a 60 year-old male with a history of recurrent retinal detachment. In posterior visualization, a large part of the silicone oil bubble remains in the sub retinal space lifting the retina anteriorly. Under chandelier illumination and a bimanual technique, a temporal 180 degree retinectomy is performed to allow the bubble to migrate anteriorly.
