Navigating Deep Waters: Sub-retinal Pellet

This is the case of a 29 years old only eye male who lost his other eye in a shooting 5 years ago. After Core vitrectomy, PFO bubble was injected revealing a sub retinal pellet that migrated into the posterior pole. The IOFB was mechanically displaced to a safer place for removal. A wide sclerotomy was performed and a 2mm Metallic IOFB was removed.
