This video represents Retinal Detachment with Giant Retinal Tear with inverted retina in Pathological Myopia in phakic eye. PVD induction is nearly impossible job as the disc is covered with Inverted retina but it was successfully done with the help of endolight. After injecting PFCL the inside rolled retina opened and peripheral lasers were done. PFCL - Fluid exchange was done and silicon oil injected under air as the retina was stable under air. Vision after 1 month was 6/18.
