Improving surgical outcomes with Intraoperative Fluorescein Angiography in PDR

This is the case of a 56-year-old male with a longstanding vitreous hemorrhage. After removing the VH and peeling the ERM, we changed the setup to intraoperative fluorescein angiography with our digital barrier filter. After the dye injection, multiple points of leakage were observed, which were treated with focal laser, thus preventing complications during the early postoperative period.
