An 84-year-old pseudophakic female with bilateral geographic atrophy and history of bilateral FTMHs presented with a re-opened chronic large FTMH (> 1000  µm) in her monocular right eye (CF vision), previously repaired 14 years ago. Due to a new central scotoma and presumed prior membrane peel, a pre-retinal 8.0 mm amniotic membrane graft with membrane peel and silicone oil insertion was performed. Improvement in visual acuity to 20/200 and a smaller central scotoma.
