Dislocated DSEK Flap

Posted By: Vivek Chaturvedi on July 17, 2024
This is a case of dislocated DSEK flap into the posterior segment. These DSEK flaps can induce inflammation and there have been case reports of PVR retinal detachments after they dislocated. Timely removal of these flaps are ideal. As seen in our video, the flap can become adherent to the retina and the residual vitreous skirt.
