A 30 year old male patient presented with diminution of vision in the left eye. He was diagnosed to have a live sub retinal cysticercus cyst with undulating movements on showing endolight. Pars plana vitrectomy was done and the sub retinal cyst was removed. Patient had evidence of neurocysticercosis and was treated with anti helminthic drugs and oral corticosteroids.
