Video Optic Disc Maculopathy

In this video, we discuss tips for managing optic dick pit maculopathy. This is a case of a 43-year-old woman with progressive visual loss in the right eye who underwent vitrectomy for the treatment of maculopathy secondary to optic disc pit. The patient's visual acuity, which was initially 20/40, improved progressively, showing both anatomical improvement on OCT images and functional recovery, with final visual acuity of 20/25.
