Extreme zoom ILM peeling and mPRGF: An alternative for the treatment of refractory macular hole

This is the case of a 65 years old female who had previously undergone PPV and ILM peeling. Despite the surgery she had a Refractory macular hole. We proceeded to peel the ILM remnants and place a membrane of plasma rich in growth factors leaving C3F8 as a tamponade.
